• Refunds Policy: All Expats Direct subscribed members or shoppers have the right to cancel within seven days of the payment date for subscription, or seven days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel your subscription order, your payment will be returned and your membership cancelled. In the case of goods, please send an email to info@expatsdirect.com within seven days of receipt, indicating your intent to cancel the order.
